BASIL Biochemistry is a course-based research experience (CURE) that uses computational techniques and traditional laboratory methods to assign functions to proteins.

BASIL graduate student wins poster award at SACNAS

BASIL graduate student researcher Diane Ogedi Ugwu (Washington State University; advisor: Erica Offerdahl) won an outstanding poster award at SACNAS in October 2024.

Diana studies the faculty experience of implementing CUREs and making them sustainable educational practices.  Congratulations Diane!
